Cardio for fat loss program

We all want to be in the good physique. Most of the fitness industry want to hire good looking and people with good physique. It also a way to look more handsome, beautiful and charming. Stubborn fat is also a big problem these days. Most of people do hard strength training at the gym. But they still have fat in some parts of the body. Exercise doesn't lose our fat. It just helps the body to do intense work in the result we burn more calories. Losing fat can only be done if we burn more calories than we take. We should have a strict eye on our diet what we are eating. We do cardio or aerobic exercise just to increase our calories burn rate. After a hard strength training, we do need to burn extra calories through aerobic exercises. But if we do it more we are going to lose our muscle mass. Because when our body has less amount of carbs left and we still performing exercise our body starts utilizing stored fat.

Exercises for cardio.

There are many cardio exercises which we can perform. But there are two main which are hight intensity or low-intensity exercises. They aren't different exercises as their name show their intensity matters here. Whether we do it at high intensity or at low intensity. The cardio section should be of 10-45 mins as per your requirement. Following are some exercise which you can perform as cardio.

Cycling.

Cycling is one of the best ways of cardio. In my opinion, because you enjoy while riding your cycle and you also have a good time pass. You can make new friends while riding a cycle and its also good to enjoy the weather. It not only help you in losing fat but also helps your other body parts knees ankles to stay strong. It also fresh your mind and soul.

Running or walk.

Walking or running fast is also a good way of doing cardio. It helps your whole body to get strong. It also increases your stamina. Also, help make your mood good. It will also help you to become more social because when you go on a walk you meet different people there so it is good to increase your social circle.

Swiming.

Swimming is also the best way of doing cardio. It not only increases your body moment but also helps you to burn more calories in less time. In it, your whole body is involved it will increase your blood flow in your whole body. It also increases your lungs capacity.

Jumping ropes.

Jumping rope is also an effective way but if you do it in the right way. It involves most of your skeleton muscles. It also helps to increase your stamina and it is good for your body after doing hard strength training. It will also help as stretching of your body. It is one of the best ways of doing cardio.
